Yes, it worked
I was slightly sceptical of the item and the order but when it arrived, I was completely satisfied. It is a new item. Works seamlessly on my X100v with the lens hood attaching over this ring adapter. I was also able to attach an UV filter making the camera weatherproof.

Great fit for Fujifilm X100VI Camera
Perfectly fits my Fujifilm X100VI, not bulky so doesn't take away the look of the Camera. Texture is similar to the front ring that you need to remove so there is a clear difference when using the Focus ring / Control ring. Used it with NISI UV filter and works great. Slightly expensive but worth it to weather seal your lens.
