Perfect fit
Fit is perfect on m&p 9. Very tight so maintains zero. Requires some skill to mount without filing whichever I recommend. Tight is right.

Revised review!
I received this mount. High hopes but was disappointed. When O opened the case one screw envelope was torn open and the mount has scratches on one side. Contacted DPP and they were as surprised as me. They said Amazon must have sent me a returned product. They said they would rectify the mistake and promptly sent me a replacement. Good customer service. While I have not installed it yet it seems to be a quality product.

DPP red dot adapter plate
I would highly recommend this product as the ease of installation was as advertised. I mounted a vortex venom red dot with no problems on my S&W shield 9mm. Also it less than $25.00 which is a lot less than other adapter plates. It provided a rock steady platform for my red dot.

Good mount.
Installed easily and work as intended. Only negative is that when centered, the mount does not fully cover the plunger hole for the striker safety spring.

Fits Nicely
Using this on a SIRT M&P paired with a micro red dot. Installation was easy and once adjusted gives me a pistol for red dot training. The SIRT's green shot indicator and the micro red dot works well together. Got this zero'd in at 40 ft (hallway).

Doesn’t fit
Bought specifically because it stated it would fit Burris fast fire sight, not even close to fitting

Seems to be a good fit for M&P 2.0
5 stars for now. I got this mounting plate to attach a Vortex Optics Venom red dot to my M&P 2.0 9mm. The fit seems to be good and it went into the dovetail groove easily, whereas the stock iron had to be hammered out because it was so tight. The Venom mounted easily to it. Now I just have to test to make sure the mount is strong enough to sustain the repeated force of firing the pistol. I have seen reviews from different mounts saying they broke when in use, one even saying the optic flew off and hit him in the face!! Let's hope this doesn't happen. I will update my review if necessary after testing out.

Decent fit and it works
I had to buy and install a shim as the mount was pointing too high to the point I was out of adjustment. Other than that, it worked fine.
