I am already feeling nourished with these products. The effects were not sudden nor immediate. But I'm pregnant and it is not easy for me, so I doubt I'm going to start doing cross fit 24/7 because my energy is so thru the roof because of the capsules. Because I wanted to get in all them for pregnancy, I did slowly introduce but in quick succession, so I'm not exactly sure what is benefitting what. Or maybe they all work together. I have cross posted on the other supplement links in case no one sees this review here on this one product.The gallbladder one definitely has reduced my pregnancy sludgy gallbladder acting up by about 90-95 percent. I take one in the middle of each meal. I don't have to restrict fats. Though I find eggs plus say raw milk together still gives me the runs. Before I couldn't handle anything more and more, I was getting diarrhea on and off so regularly I was getting worried. I'm massive grateful about this. I don't even take the full serving amount per day, just 1 capsule in the middle of each meal I eat.The winded, collapsed, breathless and weak sensations have reduced drastically. I'm take blood vitality, liver and heart. What's strange is I hate organ meats (as part of a meal) and after taking them a few weeks, I suddenly started randomly craving liverwurst (which i havent eaten since I was a kid) and pemmican! That's kind of random.I don't know if connected but I can taste my food better recently and some tastes more accurately after nearly a year of parosmia following covid. It still has a long way to go, though. Rome wasn't built in a day.Lastly, I ran out of blood vitality and liver for a couple days and could feel it! I'm not sure exactly what was wrong, but I just was not quite right.Oh, I forgot to mention I have had keratosis Pilaris all my life and it has gotten soooo bad in recent years. It has just about completely disappeared and my skin in soft and glassy. (This is despite high dose Omega 3 supps and fish oils for years which did nothing for it.)Thanks to the customer service for reaching back out to me out of the blue to find out how these supps were working for me and what I needed. They even offered me an extra bottle of Blood Vitality and encouraged me to share the word of my improvements on the product links. I found the product reviews super helpful as I lay on the couch trying to make decisions what to buy, feeling awful. AS helped me initially target which products to get for the issues I was having (Primarily I had become intolerant during pregnancy to my methylated multivitamin and b vitamins and had tremendous aversions to it. I was starting to puke just the vitamins up alone hours later. Like my body kept the foods and got rid of the vitamin. I decided to switch over to a whole foods nourishment and double checked with a naturopath to be certain. I'm sticking to about 10k iu vitamin a limit because I'm pregnant and AS helped me figure out that I could take liver, blood vitality and the heart and be just under the wire.) The ones AS recommended were:Gallbladder (bc I was having problems and the naturopath suggested some sort of ox bile as support)TallowBone MarrowLiving Bone (this is like a calcium supplement replacement - needed when pg to grow baby bones and not suck the calcium from you and your teeth)HeartBlood Vitality (because I had symptoms of slightly low iron - I'm getting conflicting messages from two different drs, one says woah your iron is so low and the obgyn NP who wouldn't send me for more iron bloodwork because yours is in range for pregnant women and pregnant women run low???)LiverFish EggsUnfortunately it is really expensive, but I had to do something. I wish there was a cheaper alternative where people can save a few dollars getting a non encapsulated version of the same thing with an appropriate serving scoop and just mix it into applesauce, chug it or yogurt or something. I find it quite challenging to take like 500 capsules a day - I do, but I wish I could get it over with in one big mouthful, sometimes the capsules get stuck because there are so many and you have to eat something more to push them down. My kids said if I ever become a saint, my statue should have me holding a capsule in one hand.I try to keep my bone marrow and living bone more separate from the liver, heart, blood vitality in case it interacts with iron absorption. I'm only take 4 living bone a day because I also have a cow and have dairy products as well.I still take a methylated folate capsule due to pregnancy, a little extra zinc (which had been in my original vitamin), occasional vitamin d (because I have good levels already), magnesium, vitamin c, and a digestive enzyme just with dinner.

For starters, I cannot fairly rate "results" while using this product without raw data and first cutting other things out of my diet that may aid in any positive changes. I follow a carnivore/animal based diet, our family buys half cows for the deep freezer, and I eat organs and make my own bone broths. So, pure FOOD can provide the same quality ingredients, arguably, better than using a supplement alone. However, it is just that: a supplement, and it is one that I gladly support!First; WE ARE NOT ALL ON THE VEGAN TREND!!! On that statement alone - BIG "Thank You" to Ancestral Supplements! Actual gelatin capsules and no "pulp" or grain fillers! Those fillers add up over time when taken daily and should be taken into consideration with those trying to reset their gut and heal underlying health issues.Next: Clearly labeled ingredients that we can all pronounce! Nothing sounds like a lab experiment. You will be familiar with what you are putting into your body. Nothing illusive - REAL ingredients (REAL food, ideally).In conclusion; I cannot tell you that these are miracle pills, or that I overcame some health issue solely by taking them. What I can tell you is that I feel very comfortable putting this in my body. It is the closest thing - nature-wise, to the mindset of "eat what needs healing," so to speak. I was diagnosed on the border of osteopenia/osteoporosis, and I DO NOT want to rely on some "plant-based," against my nature and anatomy supplement to provide calcium and "bone stimulation" (from a plant?) to nourish my bones, my body. Out of some of Ancestral Supplements pricier supplements (I certainly can't afford to buy them all), this one isn't too costly. Just remember that it is a supplement, and not a replacement for real food.

I've been using this product internally and packing it into several dental cavities before bed, and I believe it's really helping my teeth!One of them had a sharp edge that used to snag my dental floss, but it's completely smooth now! My teeth look a little whiter, and seem less sensitive.In addition to using the Living Bone topically, I take D3, K2, magnesium glycinate, 2-3 Bone & Marrow or Living Bone, 2-3 Beef Organs or Beef Liver. I use lots of collagen powder and mix camu camu powder with honey for my vitamin C.Topically, I brush with water, floss, and rinse with saline. Then I dissolve some birch xylitol in my mouth and swish and spit. Finally, I open a capsule of Living Bone into my palm and use a damp finger to press it into the cavities. I tape my mouth shut with a little square of silicone tape to keep it closed while I sleep.I'm excited to see how my dental health progresses! This stuff is a game changer!Also, Ancestral Supplements has awesome customer service. I reached out to their team, and they sent me a bunch of great info about dental health.

I recently decided to try this Calcium and Collagen supplement from Ancestral Supplements. I picked it randomly as I was in need of these specific nutrients. Overall, it seems to be a decent product. Although you generally won't feel effects from Calcium and Collagen supplements, I believe it's doing its job. The price is reasonable for the quantity provided, and the pills are a manageable size, making them easy to swallow.However, I had a rather unusual experience with the company. They called me and insisted that I write a positive review. I've written many reviews before and have never encountered a situation where a company directly requested a positive review. This approach felt quite suspicious to me.Dear Ancestral Supplements, if your product is genuinely good, people will naturally leave positive reviews. Calling customers and pressuring them to leave reviews raises concerns and could potentially damage your credibility. Please consider focusing on improving your product and customer experience rather than employing such tactics.It's a four star for me but not because the product is bad but because the costumer service is a little sus.
