BoYata Laptop Stand, Height Adjustable Laptop Riser for 11-17" Laptops

The product was well packaged on arrival. The parts are neatly tucked between foam packing dividers (see images) which did a great job in preventing any damages during shipment. Upon opening the box, it was clear that this product required assembly before usage. I was hoping that all the tools required to assemble were included so that I didn't have to bring out my toolkit. This product didn't disappoint. In the box, there is a bag with 6 hex screws (4 required for assembly and 2 spare). The bag also came with a hex key for assembly. Putting the stand together was as simple as lining up the extruded parts to the base with the slots of the pillar. Once lines up, you just screw the hex screws with the included hex key in the corresponding holes. The instruction sheet is very clear on assembly, so it shouldn't be hard to figure out. The steps for the laptop holder/panel is the same. Just line it up, and screw in the hex bolts. It's that simple. Build quality is very impressive. The full body is made of metal. There are no issues such as flexing in the metal plates. The base has rubber contacts which help grip the stand to the desk as well as protect the desk from rubbing against the metal. The laptop holder also has thick rubber contacts which leave me confident in placing my laptop on top of. The stand is height adjustable with a thumbscrew on the back. The screw-head is plastic but still of good quality. The adjustment screw has ridges which make it easier to grip on to whilst turning. The metal has a nice, smooth finish to it. The laptop I have tested this product with has a 15.6" display and weighs around 2.4kg. This stand had zero issues with this laptop. Overall, I am very pleased with this product's build quality, functionality and aesthetic. Would definitely recommend this to anyone that needs a height-adjustable stand for their laptop to correct their posture, or for anyone who wants to make use of more workspace by elevating their laptop.

It’s easy to adjust the height and angle of the stand with the buttons on the back, and it feels very stable and secure on my desk. Good product. Well made and all of the edges are smooth. I have 15 inch gaming laptop. I should have realised the arms would sit directly underneath my intake vents. If like me you previously had your laptop on a grilled wedge to allow for airflow, you may be disappointed by this. I will probably get some thicker padding to raise up the rear. It works putting my Targus wedge on the stand, but creates a much steeper angle and means my laptop is hooked on by its rear feet. Not a criticism of the product. As stated it is designed for a range of laptop sizes so needs to be small enough for a 10 inch meaning my 15 inch overhangs either side. Something I should have considered. If I was to buy again I would either try and find one designed specifically for a 15 inch laptop, or more likely a 17 inch to guarantee clearance. Or one with an adjustable top plate I could level off or set at a shallower decline to better accommodate my existing wedge stand. May not be suitable for a 17 inch laptop, but i guess it would be dependent on the position of your laptop's feet as I've seen some positive reviews for 17 inch laptops. My rear feet only just sit on the rear pads. Another 5mm and they would miss. Another 10mm and they would be off of the stand altogether. I have an Asus A15 Not a problem for standard laptops, but a gaming laptop under stress ideally needs good clearance to pull in air and reduce stress on the fans

I initially received a faulty BoYata Laptop Stand, but the seller’s support was excellent, and a replacement was sent promptly. The stand itself is sturdy, well-built, and height-adjustable, with a ventilated design that keeps my laptop cool. It’s stable and ergonomic, making long hours at the desk much more comfortable. Overall, this is an excellent product, and I’m very happy with my purchase.

Got this stand today as my office space at home is limited to a very small desk tucked into bedroom. I often have a lot of paperwork spread over my desk, as I work from original prints. The problem is my Surface takes up too much room (on my tiny desk!) and I often have to overlay the keyboard. Not anymore, this stand fits the Surface perfectly and certainly doesn't feel like my device is going to fall off at a moment's notice. Seated or standing the stand provides a great angle to work at, and for the camera for the inevitable video calls. Its very sturdy and is a well machined piece of kit, with a full metal construction I'm sure can handle some seriously heavy loads. To assemble it takes moments and the allen key is provided, so no need to go hunting in your tool box. Four screws and you're ready to go. When I finally return to the office I'm taking this with me, its brilliant.

Great stand. Easy to assemble, took like 2 minutes. Sturdy! If I wanted to, I could type on my macbook pro 16" while on the stand with minimal shake (but of course it's much more ergonomic with an external keyboard). Has saved my neck when I work at my desk! Love that the height is adjustable. Well made item and super happy with it. Also looks good on my desk. 5 stars!

I found myself in the market for a laptop stand, when I realized I was doing a lot of slouching in my chair due to the height of my laptop sitting on my desk. Utilizing a stand would allow me to bring it up to an ergonomic height. I searched for a while until I came across the BoYata Laptop Stand. What a great find! It's super sturdy and arrived quickly. My laptop is 15.6 inches and not the lightest, and this stand handles it with no problem. It has a wide base, making it feel super secure and the adjustable knob at the back allows me to get it to just the right height. I also love the slight angle that it sits at, which allows me to type on the keyboard comfortably. I liked it so much I bought two! All in all a great buy.
