This is a super pruning saw, easily cutting through branches 5"-6" thick - can probably do bigger ones, but I've not tried it yet. Cuts really cleanly & easily. Wish I had bought one years ago. Do note that despite the description saying it folds, this DEFINITELY does not - so you have to be careful as the blade is very sharp.

It’s wolf garten tools so you can’t fault the quality and if you have overhanging branches and the pole it’s very effective at butchering branches with ease. I have actually gone through really hefty branches but expect muscle ache if you try it, sometimes a chainsaw just can’t get to some places easily. They make some guarantees about sharpness and it’s true when you get it, it’s positively surgical, but it does dull over time and frankly need replacing (as your tennis elbow will tell you, usually after a year of use so it’s pretty economical. The old dull ones are still great for little branch pruning even after 2 years but take more effort. Essential for large mature gardens.

What a fantastic saw. Just beware some are advertising this as a folding saw, it ain't and false advertising. That said it is excellent and very sharp. Only less positive is that the protective cover is very flimsy so not sure how long this will last. Fits the Wolf Garten fixed and extendable poles to flexible depending on use.

Excellent bit of kit, works really well, ideal for pruning the trees in my garden. Really pleased with how well it works at height.

Sharp but i found it difficult to use (because of curved blade ?) Needed a lot of force. Maybe theres a nack to using it ?
