Extremely pleasing in both taste and texture, these little treats are perfect for me. I’m not on a keto regimen, but I do have food sensitivities that cause me to be very mindful of what I eat. While this product is not inexpensive, you might find the satisfaction level in eating them so high that you’ll feel it’s definitely worth the price. The ingredients have been chosen so carefully, and the compelling package explanation of how the Keto Bites were created convinced me to splurge. Now there’s always a package in the pantry. By the way, one Keto Bite amounts to three or four for me. Eat them slowly, and savor the flavor!

I prefer "whole" foods but still seek quick/packaged options for long workouts that aren't all syrup and sugar. Monk fruit is, admittedly, in my stretch zone for what's whole, but these have no artificial sweeteners, additives, or fake fibers. Just food! Tasty. Energizing. Love all three flavors.

Do not buy make your own. Tastes like dirt

When I bought these in anticipation of going on keto, I was appalled. They didn’t taste anything like cookie dough. Don’t expect them to - I don’t know why I was surprised at that really… Three weeks off of sugar and I have to revise my previous opinion on their general tastiness - these salty little nut squares are delicious. They are sweetened with monk fruit, so it took some time for them to taste at all sweet to me, but they’ve really grown on me. I’m about to order a second batch. I would wait until your body is adjusted to keto to enjoy them, but I can say that they are a treat I will keep in my pantry from now on.

I'm on Keto diet and these are my absolute favorite sweet treat! Personally I love the texture and everything about these! I will also say TOP NOTCH customer service....always packed well with a handwritten thank you note! Classy!

These bars are good nutritionally and I was going to test them with my CGM to see if I am correct and they don't spike my blood glucose. However, the distribution issue where NO stores have had them and Amazon has pushed back the delivery date more than once leaves a bad taste in my mouth. The bars are good but there are some serious issues here.

Yes, these are expensive treats, but I think it’s because they are made of such high quality ingredients. Every ingredient is organic. It put a smile on my face. Anyway, these were my first Keto “bombs,” and they are so satisfying that my husband and I split one — and I have a major sweet tooth. These taste amazing! I’ve tried the chocolate chip cookie dough and chocolate coconut. If your sugar free this is the best sweet tasting treat. I think they are super expensive, so not affordable to eat daily, but worth buying if you are dairy/grain/sugar free!
