Great except the tip gets melted and I've pulled off bits of plastic from the end after not much use. I am carful to not leave it in contact with the bottom of the pan for too long. Unfortunate because it's otherwise perfect

It melted a bit from using it in a pan on a stovetop, bubbles formed on the spatula. Doesn’t resist high temp that well

Terrifi. Item....I need a shorter one to use in my smaller pan that I use most often...please!!!!

I decided it may be time to start replacing my 10 and 11-year-old Matfer Bourgeat spatulas because they're finally getting to look kind of worn and food sticks to them a bit more. I've tried out a few different spatulas over the years, but I ended up getting rid of those and keeping these. These aren't cheap, but I definitely got my money's worth over their long lifetime.
