The Aleppo Chili Pepper Flakes are better than I expected. They add a much better flavor to a variety of foods than the standard dried red pepper flakes, nor are they dried to the consistency of cardboard like red pepper flakes. Shipping was fast from Season With Spice & the 2 jars were well packaged. I will order from this company again.
