Does the product look exactly like the one in the picture?

No, it does not look like the picture. it is the same 'tube' but it has a seam down the center lengthwise. It works well, in spite of the seam they've added. BUT be aware, it is NOT a 2 pack. When it arrived there was only one in the box and Amazon refunded me half the price of the item because of the deception.

I heated one in the microwave. Something inside attached & burned a whole. I love these but now one is useless. Is there a warranty?

I have never seen one. Perhaps, seller would reimburse.

What Is It Made Out Of?

There is some kind of small grain or seed inside. It feels smaller than rice. The current photo as of June 2023 looks like flax or something similar.
