Great quality and a very effective crimping tool

I was a little concerned as people had mixed reviews of the hydraulic tools, we used it from 25mm to 120mm battery cable with good quality lugs and got very good results, we must have done over 75 crimps and great results every time

Impressive piece of kit with just one minor niggle...the formers which fit in the device are a very slack fit which causes them to mis-align when crimping...to rectify this i fitted some sticky backed velcro strips each side of the channel where the formers slide in..this had the effect of centralizing them so they match up perfectly now..

Big selection of dies ( most of which I’ll never use🙂). A bit unwieldy when using singly handed. A really good addition would be an easy way to mount in a vice or bench. Was concerned about the tales of small single sided crimpers breaking -so as this has two legs it seems a deal stronger and I do not regret it.

Item arrived in good time and has been used once since . Worked fine should be a useful tool to aadd to our workshop equipment.

This is a well-made tool and very easy to use, the crimping is of a high standard. One word for it is Excellent

Don't squeeze to hard or the seal blows but otherwise working great
