This was the claim in your advertising!!** A: I suspect there are components within this compound that have both antibacterial and antifungal properties. Nails grow slowly and are difficult for medications to penetrate all the way to the nail bed. The changes some have reported within a week or two of initiating use may relate more to this medication's ability to penetrate and hydrate than to it's antifungal properties. So effectively it's more of a change in appearance than a "cure" at that stage.
