This fondant is really easy to knead, roll out and control. Very smooth.

This fondant was a nightmare to work with. . It was tearing and couldn't even get on cake. This is the worse fondant I have ever used.

This is the worst fondant i have ever used, dries out sooooo super fast. it barely gives you time to work with it. I have used many different fondants before and this one i decided to try out as well and was not satisfied at all! even the next day it developed more elephant skin!

I've always used this brand professionally, and purchased it for a cake I did at home. The results and ease of use of this rolled fondant surpasses ANY that I have ever used. Two thumbs way up!
