Very dependable
My husband loves these. They are very well made, true to size and protects him from serious accidents

Delightfully surprised
I will start off by saying this: leaks happen, they always will, but itโs the frequency that matters. Youโre looking at an interface between a bunch of open holes surrounded by an absorbent layer. That being said, I love the fit of theseโout of the box they fit comfortably, but snugly for the size. This makes leaks less likely. I have been wearing them as overnight underwear while I work through my little drinking problem and I havenโt had a problem with leaks yet. If youโre wearing them as overnight underwear, youโll have more luck if youโre a back or stomach sleeper, and youโre only good for one or one and a half void moments before youโll get leaks. If youโre using these as daywear, youโre more likely to leak while sitting or even sitting after a void. Looks-wise, I love the look, and the pull-up style is convenient as a good to go style underwearโฆthe only downside is of course if you have to change while out and aboutโremoval is a piece of cake, but putting on the next pair requires a Pooh Bear moment, which may be awkward if the stall isnโt very private. All told, for what I use them for I love these!

It sucks to have to wear these but they work.
Iโve been using Tena Incontinence Underwear for Men for a while, and overall, they get the job done, but there are some areas where I think they could be better. The absorbency is decent, providing a good level of protection for light to moderate leaks. They fit snugly and are fairly comfortable to wear throughout the day without feeling too bulky. One thing I do appreciate is the discreet design. They donโt show much under clothes, which is a big plus when Iโm out and about. However, the waistband could be a bit more comfortable. After extended wear, it tends to dig in a little, which can be bothersome during longer periods of activity. While the protection is solid for daytime use, Iโve found that they donโt hold up as well overnight or in situations where a higher level of absorbency is needed. In those cases, I need to be more cautious or use additional protection. In summary, Tena Incontinence Underwear for Men is a decent option for everyday use, especially for light to moderate needs, but there are some comfort issues.

The Absolute Best I've Found
The absolute best I've found, and I have tried them all. A snug fit without being too tight prevent leakage better than any other, the brand does not feel thick and massive, and it holds and impressive amount of fluid. The other brands have been relegated to the back of the linen closet, and I've put this one on subscription. Love it.

Saggy
They were not what I actually ordered but I didn't realize it till after I opened the package and didn't bother returning them. I has to use them while waiting for what I actually ordered to come. They seem to be absorbent enough compared to similar products. I do not like that they are white and reduces discreetness. I find that they feel saggy which is uncomfortable. Maybe I need a smaller fit, not really sure. I find that they are like most disposable underwear and have poor odor control compared to a full brief product.

they are comfortable
These stay up, they are very stretchy and easy to put on and remove. No compaiants from patient about discomfort, a good help when you need a disposable

Check sizing before purchasing
Check the sizing - they run large and also, they are MUCH taller briefs than the package image shows - they are a good 2" taller in the front with the waistband than other brands. Unusable ;-(

Good, but crazy pricing for S/M packs
My dad needs these. They are comfortable for him, and they feel more like regular underwear than others he has tried. He used to wear L/XL, and the pricing was consistently around $45 - $50 for 56. He has lost weight due to his illness, and he now needs S/M. The price is often double if not nearly triple what the L/XL price was. If you sign up for Subscribe & Save, you never know if you will pay $47 or $100+ for the pack of 64. So, we avoid that, watch the prices, and are looking for a source with more consistent pricing. Amazon, please look into this.

Quality, comfort, convenience...and Canadian!
Product works well and is easy to use. I could see leakage being a possible issue about where slash pockets would be on pants, but I think you'd need great volume and lying on your side before that happened. The "tear away" feature requires a bit of effort, so no worries you'd do it by accident. I've now signed on the subscription plan in case my issues continue. The expression "tie a knot in it" is no longer as funny as it once was,
