Works great
Replaced the stock pilot assembly in my Heatilator Novus ND4236I, after it started doing the off-light-relight thing pretty regularly. No amount of cleaning of the previous flame sensor seemed to fix the issue (original pilot assembly was 10 years old). This replacement assembly works flawlessly. Will see how it holds up, but can't beat the price.

Match Part with Your Model Fireplace - NOT Returnable!
tl;dr - Great little pilot light assembly. Lights quick, strong flame. Pros: - Exact fit for older fireplace - Great spark = quick lighting Cons: - Not returnable? - Medium difficulty to install My Review: Had a fireplace that would intermittently lose the pilot light after about an hour. Letting it cool down for 15 minutes could then relight it. Eventually, it just had no spark. Troubleshot down to the pilot assembly. Most likely a dead thermocouple. Unfortunately, this assembly comes all as one piece. On the positive side, that means I also got a clean tube. Also, when I got im the fireplace pulled apart, I realized someone had put the wrong pilot assembly in at some point in the past. This is the name brand part that matches my user manual. Installation was relatively straightforward. Took about 30 minutes total, taking my time to make sure I didnโt break anything or mess it up going back together. NOTE: Turn your gas OFF before starting this project For me, after turning the gas offโฆ 1.) Remove glass in front 2.) Remove logs 3.) Remove log stand (2 screws) 4.) Disconnect pilot wires (orange and white), remembering which went where 5.) Unscrew pilot gas tube from side of gas block 6.) Unscrew old pilot light assembly (2 screws) and gently pull it out 7.) Thread new wires and tube in place 8.) Connect gas tube, secure it 9.) Attach igniter wires (orange & white to their proper homes) 10.) Screw in pilot assembly and reassemble fireplace IMPORTANT NOTE: The first time you light this pilot, it will take a little longer to catch and light. This is because the line has to prime with gas. It took mine about 15 seconds to catch. After that, it will now light almost instantly. Happy so far. Hopefully, this lasts! I hope you found this helpful!

Fireplace works again, warm for the winter
Have been having trouble with our heatilator fireplace. The pilot light would be on but no fire. Internet search pointed us to a thermocouple issue. However it seems that for my fireplace you can't just buy the thermocouple, you have to buy the whole pilot kit. Relatively easy to install. The hardest part was actually taking the old pilot kit out. Then it took 5 minutes to install this new kit. All the screw holes seem to fit my fireplace exactly. Turned on the fireplace and we have fire again. We will see how long it lasts. Have only had it about a week. Added. After two months using this there seems to be an issue with having the fireplace on too long. When you leave the fireplace for a few hours, it will occasionally flicker.

Quality product
I installed this in my Home and Hearth gas fireplace and it works great. The thermopile was giving me problems and finally quit. It took about 30 minutes to install including vacuuming out the control section. Itโs been in for over a week and ignites instantly.

Didn't solve my issue, but works as well as the part I replaced
I have a Heat-N-Glo - SLR32 natural gas fireplace from ~2017. It was having an intermittent issue in which the main burner would cut off every now and then, sometimes for only a few seconds, other times for extended periods of time. I figured the issue might be the flame sensor in the IPI unit, so I ordered this. Replacing the IPI is a bit of a pain. Probably took me 60 minutes or so. Don't expect any instructions, but also it's pretty straight forward. Just take stuff apart until you can remove and replace the old IPI. This one fit perfectly and seems to work as intended. However, it did not fix the problem for me. It turns out my control module was bad. After replacing that, the fireplace works great again. I left this IPI in and it's doing fine.
