I’m really happy with this ab machine. It feels sturdy and well-built, and it was easy to put together. It doesn’t take up much space and works exactly as described. I can definitely feel it targeting my core after each workout. Great option for at-home workouts!

I bought this as an addition to my home gym and based on the many positive reviews, and I'm glad I did! I mostly wanted to use this for knee tucks to work my lower abs, and it definitely does the job. I also use it for declined situps. I find it to be sturdy and well constructed. Took about 5 minutes of unboxing, and about 15 minutes to put it together. The instructions are adequate, and all tools needed were included. This thing absolutely works, after doing 3 sets of 10 knee tucks my abs were burning, and thats on the easy setting! I took off 1 star because the electronic watch counter doesn't work, I really don't care I wasn't going to use it anyway. I suggest you save the included wrenches in case you need to re-tighten the bolts in the future. Great piece of equipment, very effective and at a good price. Highly recommend!

Update: Still going strong! If the rollers flake, all was resolved with equipment lubricant. Easy fix. I am well over 1200 rolls with no concerns. Months later still very pleased with my purchase. Original review: I didn't want to spend a ton of money on something I won't end up using long term. I am slightly over 6 feet tall and wanted something sturdy, multi-functional and easy to assemble. Got all that and more. Right off the bat upon ordering, the company emailed me just to let me know who to contact if issues. Now that could have been concerning, but I just saw good customer outreach. No issues here! It has only been a week but looks like I'll be using this for years to come. Easy to assemble. Definitely sturdy and comfortable. Fit my height. Great value for the money. I have already used for abs (obvious workout), leg lifts and even used the incline bench for different hand weight exercises. I am very pleased with this purchase.

I was doing my second set of 20 and the machine collapsed I thought my leg was broke the neck of the machine just collapsed like it was plastic I was so upset because the machine was doing good if only lasted to the 3rd set they need to strengthen up the neck of it and it will be a awssone machine gad to send it back I was going to get in shape for the new year at least I was trying.
