I bought this as an addition to my home gym and based on the many positive reviews, and I'm glad I did! I mostly wanted to use this for knee tucks to work my lower abs, and it definitely does the job. I also use it for declined situps. I find it to be sturdy and well constructed. Took about 5 minutes of unboxing, and about 15 minutes to put it together. The instructions are adequate, and all tools needed were included. This thing absolutely works, after doing 3 sets of 10 knee tucks my abs were burning, and thats on the easy setting! I took off 1 star because the electronic watch counter doesn't work, I really don't care I wasn't going to use it anyway. I suggest you save the included wrenches in case you need to re-tighten the bolts in the future. Great piece of equipment, very effective and at a good price. Highly recommend!

Extremely easy to assemble. 4 bolts and nuts , and you're done! Excellent quality, sturdy, easy to fold and store. A great abdominal workout.

Update: Still going strong! If the rollers flake, all was resolved with equipment lubricant. Easy fix. I am well over 1200 rolls with no concerns. Months later still very pleased with my purchase. Original review: I didn't want to spend a ton of money on something I won't end up using long term. I am slightly over 6 feet tall and wanted something sturdy, multi-functional and easy to assemble. Got all that and more. Right off the bat upon ordering, the company emailed me just to let me know who to contact if issues. Now that could have been concerning, but I just saw good customer outreach. No issues here! It has only been a week but looks like I'll be using this for years to come. Easy to assemble. Definitely sturdy and comfortable. Fit my height. Great value for the money. I have already used for abs (obvious workout), leg lifts and even used the incline bench for different hand weight exercises. I am very pleased with this purchase.

I was doing my second set of 20 and the machine collapsed I thought my leg was broke the neck of the machine just collapsed like it was plastic I was so upset because the machine was doing good if only lasted to the 3rd set they need to strengthen up the neck of it and it will be a awssone machine gad to send it back I was going to get in shape for the new year at least I was trying.

À première vue, ça semble bon et faire le travail, j'espère seulement que l'acier et les soudures sont assez solide pour supporter la force utiliser pour l'exercise. Le petit moniteur serait pratique s'il fonctionnait. Si on prend une pile AAA, l'écran s'allume mais ne reste pas allumé car la pile est trop petite donc j'ai essayé une pile AA, cette fois-ci, ça semble être le bon format de pile mais l'écran n'allume pas. Donc j'imagine qu'il serait préférable de ne pas avoir cet écran afin d'avoir un prix plus bas sur le produit.

Ich finde dieses Teil total hammer. Wenn man täglich dran ist, bin mir sicher das man ein gutes Ergebnis hat. Es ist stabil, Aufbau einfach und kann die schlechte Bewertungen nicht verstehen. Zur Erinnerung, in Fitnesscenter hat man 100fache teurere Geräte außerdem rechnet mal zusammen wieviel ihr dort bezahlt für 1 Jahr und wie oft ihr überhaupt hingeht um zu trainieren.
