Can this be diluted with rodi water?

I know of several reef keeper who dilute with rodi water when using smaller doses, although I would contact Red Sea for the right mixture

I am running vinegar for nitrate reduction. How long do I need to stop the vinegar before I start this??

Suggest you call Red Sea. Their customer service with this product is helpful. Alternatively, you can also send an email. I've used both methods in successfully communicating with them.

Does this take longer for large tanks? I have 150 gallon s with a 68 gallon sump.

tank size does not matter I have 180, and I dose it with a dosser which is the best way to reduce nitrates, this stuff is excellent....it will take a while for the bacteria to form (should not be more than a month) , you will notice first a white film on your glass, once that starts the bacteria is growing and the white will disappear, the fish and snails love the bacteria. Again it needs to be done daily and your nitrates can be either gone, or reduced down to nothing if you prefer to have just a small amount. Again a dosser is the best method Jaebo cheap and works well under 60.00 Hope this helps
