My daughter was having some issues with a particular girl at school, so we ordered this book. She is 12 1/2 years old. Soon to be 13. As she is becoming a teenager I bought her this book I first flipped through it to make sure the contents were appropriate for her age. It is very appropriate with things like negative friendships, online friendships and cyberbullying, Social media, self-harm, making good friends, personality tests, fun quizzes for solving, keeping your friendships strong, staying friends, fitting in, when friendships go wrong, empathy, types of personality, peer pressure and group behaviour, stress and anxiety, nasty people, making friends, toxic and one sided friendships etc. Also it include some psychology for teenagers!! Really good book!!

It’s quite tricky to find a book about friendship that isn’t too young for teens. This book however has got it absolutely right. It addresses the issues that many teens face and give helpful strategies to deal with them. It does it in a teen friendly, in patronizing way. As a teacher, I will be recommending this to my students!
