Very good quality jump rope. The weight feels balanced and helps make workouts more effective. The handles are comfortable, and the rope length is easy to adjust. Smooth rotation and good grip. Definitely worth the price for home workouts and cardio.

I've been working out for over 20 years and this thing......cheaper than the expensive ones and awesome. I have used the heck out of this thing, outside, inside...hours on this thing. My cardiovascular has gone up. I feel powerful. You can really feel it in the arms even if you lift if you go for awhile. I can't do speed ropes and certainly couldn't afford some flipping $300 dollar jumping "system". No THIS THING IS ALL YOU NEED. If you're going to be outside I would invest in the jumping mat, but mine is still OK even if it doesn't look perfect anymore! Will most definitely be buying another one when I jump the life out of it!!!

For the money this thing is great and the weight is fantastic for beginners and experienced users alike. Easy to adjust (just need a box cutter or sharp scissors) - just make sure you don’t cut it too short. The PVC rope and aluminum handles are nice and durable and the ball bearings definitely make the whole thing move much more smoothly than a cheap alternative. It’s heavy enough to make learning new step patterns easy because you have good perception of where the rope is and it moves slower than a traditional lightweight rope. On the other hand, it’s still light enough that you can get it moving quite fast once you’ve got your rhythm down - great for cardio and it’ll have your shoulders burning after a few rounds, excellent for boxers and martial artists. I haven’t used the braided rope but it seems to be of equal quality and includes a rubber protector to stop it fraying if used on concrete. If this ONLY included the PVC rope it would be worth the money, so I’m definitely pleased with the purchase. Would definitely recommend - especially at this price.

This jump rope is made of good-quality materials. It has some weight to it which makes it perfect for my workouts. The handles provide a steady grip, and the rope/cord is tangle-free. I'm happy with my purchase. It's worth the money.

I’ve only been using the PVC rope: the weight is great, the durability of the handles is pretty good; my only complaint is that I’ve been using it for a month and the bearing for one of the handles started locking up making it hard to spin and very inconvenient to use (it’s like it gets stuck on something inside; lubing it didn’t really help). I wish this product would’ve came with a replacement set of bearings, then it would’ve gotten 5 stars
