What is the voltage requirement for this lamp? The picture shows a US 110v plug, but he one that was sent to me was a european 230v plug.

If you need the 115 volt plug, I would return the one you have and have Amazon send you the proper one. The power brick is multivoltage 115-230 input but finding the correct plug might be difficult. Lamp is DC input.

how many watts does the light consume?

I believe it was 12 watts. I cabinet mounted mine, so I can't be positive, but it's an LED, so less watts with higher output.

how far from the stand should i place the light in order for it to rotate?

I put my minis six to eight inches from the light though if I don't have a cover over the stand it will rotate just from a single light bulb in the room.

This work with Epoxi Resin??

Only if the resin is a UV cure type such as the Bondic-like pen resins or the liquid resin used in resin 3D printers. Two part resins will not cure any faster using UV.

Totalmente útil para curar resina. No pensé que fuera a valer tanto la pena por el precio, pero realmente he quedado más que satisfecho. La base giratoria se alimenta de la luz UV, por lo que no necesita de una fuente externa. Al momento de usar la lampara, la meto dentro de una caja de cartón. Masomenos en unos 10-15 minutos mis miniaturas de resina están curadas. Tal vez si desearan curar algo mayor a los 10 cm, esto no sería lo indicado.
