The weight is 183g, not 120g as advertised. That's a massive difference for lightweight hikers! A bit thin and flimsy, which was to be expected given the advertised weight of 120g. To be fair, I would have given five stars if the weight had really been 120g or maybe four stars if the seller had been honest about the weight (but not sure whether I would have purchased then).

I payed 43 dollar for this. Everything got burnt on first run and I can't remove it. I even tried at last with steel wool and even that cannot remove the burnt food. Maybe my own fault that I used to hot temp on my stove, but I now need to throw the pan in garbage. I would return if possible. Don't buy this if you can't regulate temp with alcohol stove or so. It cannot handle high temps it seem. Sad. I really had high hopes for this one.

I’ve never used any titanium kitchen-type equipment before, but I just got back from a camping trip, and can tell you it was awesome! Keep in mind, titanium isn’t exactly the metal of choice when you’re talking about cookware. It doesn’t heat as even, or predictably as say, carbon steel, cast iron, or even stainless. So, if you own a restaurant, or you’re simply a fastidious cook, titanium is not for you. HOWEVER.... For camping, or any type of hiking (especially thru-hikes or cross country hikes), or if you are extremely mindful of health and prefer cookware that is guaranteed non-toxic.... well, in that case, titanium is DEFINITELY the way to go, and the Keith titanium fry pan is most certainly a wise choice. Like all titanium, it is extremely lightweight, but it’s size is that perfect “sweet spot.” It’s compact enough that one person would be quite happy with its size, but just big enough that, if required, it could easily cook meals for two people. Also, unlike virtually all cookware on the market (yes, even ceramic, glass, carbon steel and cast iron) science and medicine agree that Titanium is absolutely the safest cookware available, and does not leach anything into a meal that is even remotely harmful. Now, like I said, it doesn’t heat evenly. It’s a bit schizophrenic in that respect. If you are preparing a meal that requires a lot of stirring, it does just fine. But, with foods that need to cook a bit, untouched, like eggs over easy, you won’t get that precise and predictable result you’d expect from cast iron, or carbon steel. But, again, NOT intended for kitchens. Last, but certainly not least, is the price. For what your getting (light, perfect size for one or two people, durability, and 100 percent safe according to all scientists and doctors), it’s a steal. I say this with absolute sincerity: to date, when it comes to getting the most bang for my buck, this is hands down the best hiking/camping item I own.
