I’ve been taking for inflammation. 2 capsules before bed with a glass of coconut milk w/ ground black pepper (both help absorption). I’ve been sleeping so deep and relaxed and well. I wake up feeling refreshed. May be helping me to have morning BMs as well. My facial redness (rosacea) has decreased and my inflammatory acne is clearing up as well.

Not all vitamins can be trusted, fillers/don’t absorb etc etc etc. This brand was recommended to me after an autoimmune diagnosis and it was truly a game changer in my joint inflammation. I saw a huge difference within weeks. Highly recommend!

I have been taking this for inflammation and I really don’t feel like it’s always working. First of all I wonder if anyone else has noticed the capsules look like there is a lot of flour mixed in? I’m not sure I’m benefitting from this or not . Thinking of switching to omega 3 / fish oil
