Awesome
I brought this product for the husband as he has a pinched nerve from his neck to the back of his head. Well he loves it and says it helped his pinched nerve where it has gone down and the pain has subsided. Will buy this product again!

Seller Wasnt Helpful and Product Didnt Work
First of all the product was not working and went I asked the seller for a refund, they said to send the product to China. I do not trust sending it overseas and paying for the postage. They were going to refund after I had to do all the work to deliver it oversees. I do not have time to wait in line at the post office and or have $200 to pay for the postage. And when the seller did send a part replacement for the device it still did not work. I am very upset for spending $300 for a device that didn't work and the seller gave me a hard time about getting a refund.

Helps neck pain
Very helpful for neck pain! We only wish we could have more options to narrow down the type of pulses we like the most. If there were a way to stop the cycle at a particular pulse, it would be even better.

temperamental!!
This product stop working!! Was delivered on the 21st of July and stop working on the 29th of August!! I put this device away with the mind set to return it and today 9/21/21 I tried it and it worked. I apologize for the misunderstanding but when it stop working I was very much upset.

I saw this on an infomercial and purchased it for my husband who is always in pain, gave it as a Christmas gift, because he works a lot, he just got around to try it and hates it, he says it caused more pain, this item literally cost me a whole paycheck, is there ANY way to return this?

Works very well and very quickly. The material on the neck cushion is very soft and so is the foam. I often get pinched nerves or pain in my neck and upper back, and within 20 minutes the Neck Pain Pro completely resolved it. If you want something that feels kind of like a massage and can help with pain, this product is worth every penny.

It does the job in between therapy appointments but isn't a substitute for massage therapy or the chiropractor.
