Great wax

I’ve been using GiGi Hard Wax for a while now and overall, I’m satisfied. It effectively removes hair and leaves my skin smooth. However, I’ve noticed that it sometimes hardens too quickly, making it a bit challenging to remove, especially on larger areas. Despite this, I continue to purchase this brand and product because of its consistent performance and quality. Just be mindful to work in smaller sections to avoid the wax setting before you're ready.

I’ve done at home waxing for a couple years, so I’m no stranger to the process. I bought one of these tins to try out a different formula, see if there was something better than my usual out there. The creamy consistency and pale color was nice because it molded to the curves of the body, and for facial waxing I liked that it clearly showed what was pulled (fine hair, difficult to see missed spots in the mirror alone). This product was only somewhat ok on facial waxing. When I tried on legs and arms, it was a crumbly mess. I switched up applications, heavy vs light coverage with wax, changing the dry time with pulling sooner vs later, small patches only instead of my usual big passes. Nothing worked. My stopping point was when I laid down a stripe on my shin and couldn’t pull it in any sort of big piece. I had to chip away at it, pieces the size of a pinky nail, to get it off. If you know waxing, the shin can be extra tender. For that one section, it took fifteen minutes and was painful as ever, hair imbedded but resistant to coming out with such small pieces at a time. The only redeeming quality was that it was decent for upper lip waxing. It takes a long time to heat such a long container though, making it impractical to keep and use it just for that.

Great hard wax

Wasn’t very happy with this product. I bought this after trying soft wax. For some reason mines will only get liquidity. Even letting it sit in low for hours it did not harden in the wax warmer. I ended up buying wax strips. Since I had already invested into this wax, I will finish it! I put the wax on my skin and than the strip on top of it, rub it for several seconds and strip off. it will still leave behind wAx pieces, I had wax everywhere by the time I was done. Than I decided to put the watery wax directly into the strip using a wax stick and place it straight to the skin. That seemed to fasten the process. However , this is not waxing if I have to do all this. It’s not a good product regardless of being hairless after using this product.

This is my go-to wax! I have been using Gigi All Purpose Honee Hard Wax for a little over a year. I have PCOS and grow thick hair on my face. This wax has been able to remove thin and thick hair with ease along with really short hair. The only complaint is that the wax pulls what's underneath it too good and can pull the skin if you don't apply baby power or arrow root powder before you apply the wax. Other then that this wax is a staple.

Terrible product, it doesn't do its job. I've used others like this and they work very well; this one hardens, falls apart, and damages the skin.
