Over the years, I have spent thousands on bulky home exercise equipment. All of these equipment went through a period of frequent use, but then began to collect dust. Exercise equipment just gets boring and only works a small set of muscles. The Fitness dice, on the other hand, only requires your body weight and some open floor space. The Fitness Dice will allow you to build muscle on your entire body. The Fitness Dice will give you a different routine every time (technically a 1 in 279,936 probability of getting the same routine). There are seven dice. One dice is for repetition/time. One dice is for lower body. One dice is for upper body. One dice is for chest & back. One dice is for core. One dice is for cardio. One dice is for full body. Initially, I was concerned with lack of consistency between workouts. Each dice works a particular section of the body, so even though the routine is different every time, it feels like there is consistencies in working muscle groups to allow progress in muscle development. I use all the dice in my workout. It takes me about 15 minutes. I throw in some stretching after the third dice (which is recommend to do some stretching in the included booklet). The booklet has very clear description of how to do each routine. If you do all six dice in a routine, you will also get a cardio workout. I find my heart rate is elevated at the end of the workout. I discovered the Fitness Dice during the California fires of 2020. There was so much smoke, I couldn't go running for two months. I investigated something I could do indoors. Now, I just do the Fitness Dice, and I feel my body is more fit than just running since many muscles get worked with the Fitness Dice, where running is must my legs. I also feel things like balance is improved. I really do love the Fitness Dice.

This is so easy to follow with the page # on each dice to show exercise. It's an easy way to fit in a fast workout when you don't think you have time.
