I bought this battery and charger for my Sony Alpha a65, and I’m honestly really impressed. The battery (NP-FM500H type) holds a strong charge and lasts through long photo sessions without dying quickly. I’ve used it for both photography and some video, and it performs just like the original Sony battery. The charger works great too. It charges the battery fully in a reasonable amount of time and has a simple indicator light so you know when it’s ready. I like that it doesn’t overheat and feels solid, not cheap or flimsy. If you’re shooting events, outdoor photos, or just don’t want to constantly worry about your camera dying, this is definitely worth getting. I’d still recommend having a spare battery just in case, but overall this battery and charger combo is dependable and does exactly what it’s supposed to do. Highly recommend for anyone using a Sony a65!

The battery charger is convenient both in the house and car. Batteries fit as needed.

So far, after a month of continuous use, I really only have good things to say. The Charger: Works well, charges somewhat quickly, and has 2 bays. Honestly what more could you ask for? The batteries: For the price I paid for the whole kit, these batteries are amazing! They last multiple hours of shooting each, and the fact that I only paid ~6 bucks per battery is such a positive! The only thing that might be a problem for people is that I did notice a 4% battery drain as one of the batteries stayed in its case for around 3 weeks with no use. I don't see this as an issue. TL;DR Great Value for your money!

Fit my Sony camera perfectly. Love that I can charge both batteries at once.

They last around 80% to 85% as long on a charge in my camera as the original, but for ¼ the cost. My experience with aftermarket batteries is that they have a shorter lifespan than the OEM and need to be replaced a bit mire often. We'll see.

These where a quick fix for a much older camera , they work fine & I'm happy
