I will assume that it is good for my throat and its health until I find it otherwise. That being said, I like its sweet taste. Good addition to my snack(?) list.

I wanted Korean products and it tastes good. Bellflower roots are known to boost trachea and bronchi health, so I am satisfied.

I actually found it very helpful for keeping my whistle wet while doing podcasting. Also, surprisingly enough, I was out with a friend who recently had an operation on their Salivary gland and they have trouble having enough saliva in their mouth, and it causes them to have difficulty speaking sometimes because of dryness I happened to have this with me and offered it to them. And although they felt it tasted too sweet, It immediately allowed them to speak clearly And it lasted for the next few hours which I was very surprised by! However, I love the taste it sort of reminds me of cross between plum and prune and it is very sweet but I think it's delicious.

Had an odd flavor, but everyone around me was coming in sick or showing up with some illness or another so I started using this and I went on my trip feeling absolutely fine.

Im super excited for me and my family to start taking this supplement one of the best decisions I made for the beginning of the year.

I didn’t really see any effect for me. It didn’t do me any good but it also didn’t do me any harm. At least it’s yummy? But idk— for the price, you can get a lot of other things that’s sugary in a packet. I’ve used it to make hot tea: I put one or two packets of this into a bit of hot water. You have to be careful cuz it can get a bit too watered down if you don’t use a small amount of water. That’s not a problem for me. I’ve also used them as extract packages: just sipping it right out of the pack. Sweet & yummy. I just don’t think it does what it claims— helping to soothe your throat. At least it didn’t for me. I have other bellflower teas. I didn’t really see much effect on that either. So who knows, maybe it’s not this specific product that’s a problem for me 🤷🏻‍♀️

Like the taste and convenience of it.
