I'm using these waist beads to track weight loss and as a physical reminder of my goal. I've found them very comfortable to wear, thought they do ride up quite high. This will change as I lose weight I'm sure. Product is sturdy; I don't feel as if the elastic will snap on me at all. Highly recommend!

A tad too large for me, but I plan to let some beads off and re-tie it to adjust to my waist. Beautiful beads, nice quality
