So far, this is the best liquid chalk I've used. It applies easily, dries extremely fast, and holds up to a solid barbell workout, providing good grip. Occasionally have to dab on a little more mid workout, but pretty durable. I've used other brands that were much more watery and didn't hold up. This bottle will likely last several months of at least 3-4 applications a week, and I'll definitely repurchase when it runs out.

I LOVE this stuff. I'm lucky enough to belong to a gym with a large number of barbell racks. I really struggled with my grip on deadlifts and was using gloves so my hands didn't get torn up. A veteran lifter made the suggestion to ditch the gloves and get some chalk. I didn't want to make a mess, so I decided to try liquid chalk. This stuff is fantastic. It dries within seconds and makes almost no mess at all. One application is usually enough to get through a 90 minute workout. The best thing is that it is water soluable, so it washes right off. Because the chalk does dry on the cap, they provide you with a second cap so you can change it while you wash and dry the second one.

Works great for gym. Smells kinda citrusy. It does the job!

Am only a novice weightlifter. Had tried climbers' chalk to help my deadlifts. Worked well, improved my grip and reduced callouses, but created quite a mess. This liquid chalk however is amazing. Feels like hand sanitiser when applied. Comes out of bottle a tan cream colour, becomes transparent whilst rubbing in. Then, as if by magic, your hands quickly turn white as the rub evaporates leaving a fine coating of chalk. It provides a thin layer, but this is just as durable as the solid chalk, arguably more so, and definitely less mess. Much easier to clean off the barbell afterwards. A nice touch is that it came supplied with a spare bottle cap.

Die Hände fühlen sich weder ausgetrocknet noch unangenehm an – eine sehr angenehme Balance. ⸻ 🍋 Geruch & Eindruck: Was mich besonders überrascht hat: Der Geruch ist tatsächlich sehr angenehm, leicht zitronig und frisch, was im Gym wirklich für einen kleinen Extra-Boost sorgt. Keine chemische Note, sondern eher dezent erfrischend. ⸻ ✅ Fazit: Wer seinen Grip beim Training auf das nächste Level bringen möchte, macht mit diesem Liquid Chalk definitiv nichts falsch. Es ist sparsam im Verbrauch, sehr effektiv, sauberer als klassisches Pulver und hat dazu noch einen frischen, angenehmen Duft. Von mir eine klare Empfehlung für alle, die ambitioniert trainieren und Wert auf gute Qualität legen – egal ob im Kraftsport, Calisthenics oder beim Klettern. I had a good experience with this, after application (of about a pea sized portion) my hand did not look that chalky at all which was very positive, looked almost normal and very natural. It did not clump up or turn into any weird texture after my hand started sweating (which does sweat a lot) and I was able to maintain most my grip for most of the session. I would need more to make my hand more dry, but the level and result is pretty good as is so far. Had a strange indescribable smell though, I guess it was trying to be lime? But very artificial. I will test further on a hot humid day.
