ok in sand bottom? a fluke type won't work on my trac winch

I use two on a 21 foot pontoon boat. They hold pretty well, however they will slide if they don't catch anything on the bottom. Probably depends on the type of boat you have and the weight of the anchor.

Will it hold a 16ft fishing boat?

It does a good job for my 24 foot pontoon boat as long as the wind is under 5 mph. It does provide good drag when the wind is stronger than that.

What are the dimensions of this item?

I unfortunately am out of town right now so I can not give you measurements of width and hight right now..sorry but I can post them when I get back home after the weekend

Will it hold at all on an all sand bottom? at a sand bar

I don’t know, we are using in in a lake with tons of trees etc on the bottom.
