What power supply is recommended for this? i will use it for train layout leds and various accessories.

I am doing a led matrix board with 2500 leds. I have 2 70 amp power supplies to power the strips. Will 2 of these boards handle it?

Description says 10 Amps max total. It doesn't matter what your power supply is capable of though. What matters is how much current you are actually using.

What if I don’t want to use 2 output and use one 1? Will it work? I still need the 12 inputs.

You can only use 1 side. You can also put a small jumper wire across the other end and have 24 terminals al connected together for something like a ground bus

What power source do you hook this up to?

I have it hooked up to a transformer for a model railroad. You can hook it to whatever you want. It's simply a way to have a variety of points powered from the same power source.
