Only a small amount is needed as it lathers really well making your hair feel really clean. It also has a nice smell. I was going to buy this again but I am put off by the hugely inflated price - from £24 to £47? - not worth that amount.

I used this along with the shampoo. This surpassed my expectations. I have a sew in and every time I have braiding hair near my scalp I get extreme bumps that turn into horrible scabs. As soon as you apply the shampoo to your scalp you feel the tea tree and other ingredients working. Then I applied the ACV and felt so clean and no more itch. With in 4 hours my bumps and scabs were gone. I wish I took a before and after picture I didn’t expect this. I will forever use this product. Please don’t sell to a larger company they always change the ingredients. But if you do give us a heads up so I can stock up.

I have fine hair, so this weighed down my hair a little too much, particularly at the roots. If you're looking for that, I highly recommend it! I think I will use it to switch things up every now and again, but using it regularly causes me to have an oily scalp after a day or two of washing. I generally don't have that problem unless I push washing my hair out to a week or more. After about a month of use every 2-4 days, my scalp started getting irritated ( which is very common for me- I have a sensitive scalp.) Normally if a shampoo is going to irritate my scalp, it takes just two washes. My favorite thing about the shampoo is that it creates a rich lather and feels REALLY good on the scalp. Smell is good, not medicinal or anything, but suitable and fresh.

Last year I decided to grow my hair back after years of shaving my head. I started my transition with braids back to back - but found that my scalp hated braids and need to be washed frequently to stop itching. Regular shampoo leave residue in my braids. So when I found this product, I have it a try. I’m glad I did. I highly recommend this product and the leave-in conditioner. I used this product as I grew my hair out. Then, when I decided to start my locs, I used it to cleanse and moisture my locs - my hair is really thick and kinky. Dreadlocks make my hair extremely dry through the day - this helped. I now wear wigs over my locs and used this shampoo to refresh my locs every two weeks and use the leave- in conditioner to moisturizer my locs everyday before I put on my wigs. This is definitely a life saver. Save your hair, sis! Buy this!

It leaves my scalp with a tingling, clean feel. The mint smell isn't overwhelming, and the scent didn't remain in my hair after rinsing. I also use the G+H hair strengthening oil, so it too may have contributed to hair growth. I like the product.
