My 2004 GMC Yukon Denali came from the north, and along with it came a ton of rust and corrosion from road salt. While attempting to remove the passenger's side catalytic converter for replacement, the studs in the flange broke off. Common issue. The local machine shop charges about 75/hr with a 1hr minimum, so for just a few bucks more I was able to do a complete replacement with a new unit and a heat shield that isn't rusting itself to pieces :) This manifold fit perfectly. The gasket that comes with it is junk, however, so make sure you grab a good Fel-Pro unit as you do the replacement. If you suffer from the dreaded broken manifold bolt problem, make sure you check out the DIY repair videos that are all over Youtube. If the broken bolt is protruding from the head then you can weld a nut to it easily and back the remaining stud out. If not, check out the APDTY exhaust manifold clamps. It's not the best solution, but it works and is a heck of a lot easier than drilling and using extractors or drilling and installing a helicoil - both of which likely require removal of the head.

Set for my GMC 2006 Sierra truck works way better no leaks seals perfectly but definitely must for the price
