It’s hard to really tell if vitamins really do work for me or not, so however, my review is this that I am 74 soon to 75 and 60 lbs overweight and my point is this I generally loose my energy while trying to get the lbs off and before I purchased these vitamins that’s way it was for me. But after taking these for over two weeks now I’m doing quite well. When I run low I will reorder these again.

For a man of my age and being told that I was a low on vitamin and minerals, these are perfect they're nice and easy to swallow too.No problems
