Can this withstand Dewalt titanium drill bits?

Yes if you use the proper size bit in the mating hole. Remember the POINT of the bit does the cutting. The flutes of the drill are there only for chip removal. The Titanium coating on the bit is a wear layer. It increases the life of the bit but does not increase sharpness or cutting ability. In this application it is no different from any other bit.

The Milescraft drill guide is 1 1/16 inch thick by 4.5 inches long. Since the block is slightly "S" shaped it is roughly 1 3/4 inches wide.. The Milescraft is wider (more stable) and has rubber feet to keep it from sliding around. Possible down side is that it only accommodates 6 drill bit sizes (1/8,3/16,1/4,5/16,3/8,1/2).The all metal Gator tool goes from 1/16 to 3/8 in 1/16 inch increments. I have both and if I could only have one it would be the Milescraft.
