Calms my foot nerve immediately. Lasts for 3-4 hours depending on what you are doing to the area impacted. If I have pain in my foot during golf. I spray the painful area. This is the only product that works my back pain. Just spray it on and the pain is relieved pretty quickly. It even sprays upside down which is helpful when nobody is around to help me. I tried it out on hand pain and it worked great there too. The only thing I wish is that the smell wasn’t so mentally, but I guess that’s the ingredient that works best. I highly recommend this spray. (It’s also in a roll on and patch which are equally as good).

While this particular item did not seem to help my pain, I know it will help others. I think it’s like acupuncture or other things where some people feel relief and some don’t. The reason I want to write this review, however, is because the seller is incredibly kind and understanding! The communication / response to me was top notch ! So impressive - would not hesitate to use this seller again.
