They cushion the balls of my feet and keep my feet from sliding forward, causing friction.

For adhesion these are great, but that is also the downfall. They are so sticky that it is very difficult to get them position in my shoe right where I need it. Tried removing & repositioning & they nearly pulled the liner completely out of my shoe. They are very flexible & would fit shoes of many shapes & sizes, if it had a multi price backing you could get it to not stick while folding to position and remove.Will try with another of the sets but not confident I will be able to get them positioned correctly due to how stciky they are & want to stick to everything.

I have very narrow feet and the narrow shoes are still too wide. These pads help pad and fill in the gaps in he front of the shoe.

Don’t stay in place. Pads just end up in my trash

The comfort was perfect whereas i feel they should be a little thicker for slim feet people.

I love the black and the nuteral color one , not so much the other ones , wish they sell the black ones only , I’d get bunch , it’s very soft.

It made my shoes fit perfect. I have back pain and it aloud me to wear Small heels again

These foot cushions give you no relief, they add more pain.
