Best shipping and this particular form of folate is the most usable. I read somewhere that if you can't remember your dreams it can be a sign you're low on folate. That appears to be true as I have now I have a quite Vivid and mostly Pleasant dreams one.

Rancio. Las cápsulas llegaron en mal estado, despidiendo un fuerte olor a rancio a pesar de que la fecha de caducidad expira dentro de tres años. Probablemente el aceite de girasol empleado como excipiente estaba en malas condiciones cuando se envasó el producto.
