I had issues with the ICC profile. I emailed them, they responded and they help me get it. Inks works well. Colors look really good sublimated. Would buy again.

I was so excited to try these out. I had converted my Epson Artisan 800 into a sublimation printer and purchased all the necessary cartridges for this ink to work with the printer. When I first printed it and tested it out on a sublimation mug - the ink did not transfer at all. I reached out to the seller directly and they were quick to reply which is great and suggested I do a few printer head cleans as it may be the printer's original ink still in the printer. I did about 6 heads cleans (not consecutively, as I read somewhere it would damage the printer). I reply back to the seller to let them know that it did not work - the ink transferred a little bit but not as vibrant or as well as advertised (see attached image). I even tried a colour print, thinking maybe the issue was the black ink - still did not work. I also increased the pressure & time on my mug press but that didn't help either. The seller still hasn't replied to my email and it's been about 6 days now. Returned the items - totally not worth the money as it did not work as promised and I have tried EVERY possible solution. So disappointed! 😒

After using a particular brand for quite a while and having clogging issues, I have decided to give this brand a try. It states that it will not clog my print head and inks last longer which in return save me money. I was a little skeptical at first not knowing how my colors would sublimate, but I am very impressed with the outcome. The photo I have attached is testing the inks to see how they would sublimate. The setting I use is Epson's high quality RGB 2.2 and didn't need an ICC profile which they also provide if needed. As for longevity, Wash and test it out on a few other blank products I will do a product review video on my channel. So far, I would definitely recommend these inks for cost and vibrant colors when pressed. Thank you!
