I researched L. Rhamnosus for collagen support. Swanson is a brand I trust and decided to add this probiotic to my stash. I haven't particularly noticed direct benefits but will continue taking for general collagen health.

Disclaimer: I used this Rhamnosus with Swanson's Ultimate 16 strain probiotic to clear my eczema. RX skin creams weren't doing a thing. These two did the job!! I also believe it helped with my weight loss a bit.
