I use a blender because shaker cups just don’t do the job—chunks are inevitable, and the powder doesn’t mix as smoothly. This method gives me the perfect texture every time! It's the first thing I do when I wake up in the morning so I have protein water to sip on all day.

Just about to buy my third tub of this. I find s lot of protein powders too artificially sweet and heavy but find this a good alternative. It's still very sweet and I tend to water it down more than the advised but it's a brilliant option to get me drinking more water and hitting protein goals - tastes like squash. I've also mixed it with a little bit of still water then topped it up with soda water and ice for a mocktail which was brilliant
