As someone that has Used many Vegan Protein Products and having dealt with Toothdecay as a Result of some of those Products, this Product would be Recommended for Daily Consumption. In Terms of Effects and Absorption, this Product does not appear to cause or have the same, Gastrointestinal Effects as some of the Other Vegan Available Products either. Nor does this Product cause that Bloated Feeling, that many of these Protein Products cause. The Naturade Vegan Shake (All-In-One or Meal Replacement) can or does, to some degree cause a Heavier or slightly Bloated Feeling.Would recommend this to someone looking to Add Protein, without the Need or Necessity to Change Other Dietary Intake or expect Intestinal Effects for the 1-3 Days of First Consuming, then for 2-4 Days after Stopping Consumption of this Product. This Product appears to be Safe for Daily or even Multiple Times Daily, Consumption.Also would not Hesitate to use as a Pre-Workout Shake. As stated before, Some of the Other Vegan Proteins can cause Cavities, if not Consumed and then Followed with an Immediate Brushing of the Teeth. Which can be Very Bad for Vegans, as Vegans do not always have the Best Health Products Available for Use and Consumption, Compared to the Non-Vegan Consumer Market. Although, this Product is Safer than Others, would still not Recommend Using this Product and Not Brushing One's Teeth Right Away, as it can Increase the Rate of Cavity Formation of Teeth, as Noted of Protein Products for Vegans. Perhaps, this is Less of an Issue for Consumers using Pea Protein, which is Only Pea Protein and not Produced along with Other Vegan Products? However, 'Most' Vegan Protein Shakes CAN or WILL Promote Tooth Cavities or Decay.

For some reason has an aftertaste of artificial sweeteners. Still like it, just wish a hint better.Works great in my portable blender.Would recommend.

I searched and tried many protein drinks and powders before stumbling across this one. I cannot have any milk, milk protein or artificial sugars, so coming across a good protein drink is challenging. I’m also very picky about taste. If I don’t like it I absolutely will not force myself to drink it.I use this product every day. 10oz cold water, 1 scoop of this pea protein powder, 1 scoop of unflavored bullet proof collagen from Sams Club, frozen strawberries and frozen bananas, sometimes I add 1/2 TBS Jiffy creamy peanut butter and blend it smooth. YUM. Best protein drink I have tasted. I don’t like the taste of all others that I have tried. This was the first one I liked.

Tasted so yummy in my green smoothie. I'm not gonna use the Jillian Michaels one anymore (which I didn't like anyways bcs Ialways thot it was too sweet) I was so impressed w/ this one. It was jst the right amount of sweetness. I bought it bcs I heard Dr. Oz raving abt it and also I love my smoothies to be not too sweet and I like them really chalky so I ordered this one along w/ 2 other new ones. This was the first one I tried and I was soo happy!I made a green smoothie w/ kale, spinach, swiss chard, a strawberry and 1/4 cup frozen blueberries. I added some unsweet almond milk too and it was soo yummy. The only reason I left off a star is my personal preference for really chalky /thick smoothies and this one didnt really do that. But thats fine i know it didnt claim to do that lol.I highly recommend it for your healthy smoothies, yummy (in a way that reminded me of my childhood).Just a simple and sweet milk taste.
