Perfect substitute for regular flour. Not wanting to use all buckwheat flour, in my desserts, cassava helps cut the strong flavor of the buckwheat. All items taste great.

I love how this can be used easily to replace flour and recipes require very few additional Ingredients. I made low histamine pizza crust and was happy without it turned out! Also, the texture is not gritty like some other flour.

Great product. However, might consider a sturdier packaging option for shipping by Amazon. Maybe a thicker plastic wrap. The product arrived with a tiny pinhole puncture in bag. Might have just happened when Amazon box delivered because only small amount of flour in delivery box. Caused by another item in box that it bumped into.

Good quality flour and easy to bake with. Beware, not all cassava flour is alike.

5 stars, behaves just like flour without the gluten, makes great pancakes, my go to flour alternative.

I made some excellent low sugar chocolate chip cookies with this product along with Almond flour

Love the product as a grain free alternative but the price is high....and really wish they didn't get rid of the 2lb bag...it was a better bargain.

Received today. it came with a hole in the packaging. Could be tampered with!! Food items cannot be trusted unless flawless packaging. No recourse??
