Mobil 1 112786 15W-40 Delvac 1300 Super Motor Oil - 1 Gallo

So far I'm one oil change in on my 1989 sentra sport coupe with the stock 4cyl ga16i. Seems like it's running better than the 10w-30 the guys I bought it from were using and I haven't seen as much oil consumption. (Also valve stem seals helped too.... haha...) Definitely good for an old project car! I also tried this stuff on my 1991 corolla too! One time I was lazy... but the oil change place I went to used 5w-30 when I told them to do 10w-30 or 10w40, and that gave me a lifter tick... grrr!!!!! Doin' my own with this 15w-40 from now on because it likes this stuff. LOL!!! Seems totally weird since this is supposed to be for diesel, but these older 80's and 90's cars can take this viscosity due to the way the engine tolerances are compared to new cars. Supposedly this stuff also has zinc additives that are no longer found in regular oils. Good for old metal parts in there I guess and cheaper than those additives. Seems like the price did go up since I bought it, I found it for 10 bucks each for the big jugs of it.

What a great price on a lubricant that meets the minim requirements to be used in my fleet service business. The only requirement for this oil in my use is that it is certified to a certain level so that I can pour it into customers' vehicles and get them out the door. I go through a couple dozen gallons of this oil each winter and this has been the best prices. It was really a low bar to meet and Mobil did just fine! Thanks for the product.

I HAVE A WESTINGHOUSE WI INVERTER GENERATOR ABOUT 4 YEARS OLD IA HAVE ONLY PUT A TOTAL OF 25-30 HOURS ON IT MANUAL CALLS FOR 15W40 SO I SERVICED FOR THE FIRST TIME IN PREPARATION FOR FL HURRICANE E SEASON SO I CAN KEEP MY NETWORK RUNNING IF WE EXPERIENCE A 3-5 DAY POWER OUTAGE WHICH HAVE BEEN BECOMING MORE COMMON THE LAST 15 YEARS OR SO THIS GOOD QUALITY OIL AND SHOULD KEEP THE GENSET IN GOOD SHAPE FOR A DECADE OR MORE IF CHANGED REGULARLY
