Ein sehr leichter Oktopus mit ein paar kleinen Schwächen
Ich habe diesen Oktopus bisher nur im Schwimmbad ausprobiert. Für Freigewässertauchen ist für mich noch etwas früh. Die größten Stärken sind aus meiner Sicht: - das geringe Gewicht - ist wirklich Federleicht im Vergleich zu meinem Apeks XTX50 - sehr leichtgängig, sehr leichtes Atmen mit sehr geringem Widerstand - fühlt sich sehr angenehm an Der Oktopus hat einen Gummi-Schlauch und kein Miflex-Schlauch - das ist aber eine Geschmackssache. Die Konstruktion von Blasenabweiser ist m.E. nicht optimal, beim Apeks ist es deutlich besser. Schaut man nach unten ist alles soweit ok. Wenn man aber geradeaus schaut und den Kopf gerade hält, sind die aufsteigenden Blasen beim Ausatmen direkt vor der Maske. Ich habe leider auch keinen alternativen Blasenabweiser für dieses Modell gefunden. 2 andere positiv aufgefallene Punkte sind - ein großer Kopf für die Luftdusche - ein Regler "pre dive", der es verhindern soll, dass beim Aufschlag (Springen vom Bot) die Luftdusche selbst ausgelöst wird (das kennt glaube ich jeder Taucher :-) Insgesamt macht der Oktopus einen guten Eindruck. Ist ja eher nur ein Backup und gut, wenn es nicht dazu kommt, dass man ihn beim Tauchgang wirklich braucht.
