The product is great, it does what it says, it keeps the pressure in your tennis balls, it seems strong and well made. However, I ordered two of these but only one arrived. There was no packing slip, so I couldn't tell if that was a packing error or a delivery problem, but the seller did not respond to 3 separate messages. Amazon customer service sorted it out in the end
