**Q: Is this vitamin C derived from corn or other grains?**
A: This product does not contain wheat, gluten, dairy, soy, corn, egg, peanuts, yeast, sugar, magnesium stearate, binders, coatings, disintegrants, artificial colors, artificial flavors, or artificial sweeteners.

**Q: How buffered is it? It still lists Ascorbic Acid, and it's a much larger proportion than the buffered ascorbate components.**
A: All I can say is that I have not felt any ill effects from using it all these years.

**Q: Which type of magnesium is used in this product. Please articulate "buffered" why no pic of back label?**
A: Magnesium (as Ascorbate reacted from Magnesium Carbonate and Ascorbic Acid)."Buffered" refers to being easy on the digestive tract (causing less irritation to people with sensitive stomachs).There are 4 pictures posted of this product on the Amazon page, 3 of which are pics of the back label. Hope this helps.

**Q: can you use this in a bath to rid the water of Chlorine?**
A: Not unles you are a millionaire.  Much more practical to use epsom salt

We have been buying this for many years, and find it to be the same quality throughout. This buffered C powder was first recommended by our ND for part of a detox protocol, and then at a lower dose as part of a hydration and electrolyte balancing. Usually I add just a pinch or half the (included) scoop into a litre or gallon of water or homemade lemonade to sip throughout the day. I add it to my homemade lemonade as the plain taste is a bit chalky, and it does dissolve really well in lemonade. Easy to measure as the scoop is included. Can be added to a smoothie or cold fruit tea or juice. This blend is not just the vitamin C, but is a buffered formula meant to be softer on digestion (C can feel acidic), however the magnesium will stimulate bowel movement when ingested past your personal tolerance. Best to test out by using less at first. This can last our family awhile depending on time of year, whether anyone has gotten sick, and is a standard in our home. Unfortunately the price has increased significantly.
