I ordered the shampoo reading the reviews, but unfortunately my hair were as hard as a broom after washing.. Not soft at all.. Infact I even applied the conditioner but in vain.. There was a very slight difference once I applied a serum.. But that is also there when I apply other shampoos I wouldn't hesitate in saying that this product is not suitable for dry hair at all. It will make your hair more dry Not worth buying

Wow so disappointed. Bottom had a crack and had a box full of shampoo. Shipped and sent to uae so not worth the global return. Bummer

I love this shampoo. I have fine hair and body is an issue for me. I also color treat my hair. This shampoo adds body to my hair, it doesn't weigh it down. I do wash my hair every day, so I want a shampoo that is gentle. I follow with a light conditioner, but the shampoo is so gentle, that I really do not need much of a conditioner. It works great for me!

B&B shampoo has a cost but I find that is works well and I have to wash my hair less. My husband and I both have long, straight, thin hair and we go through a bottle about every 8-9 months. I’d argue that it’s cost effective and you don’t have to use as much!
