Good !
Great crena média (creme de leite). Just note that the size is smaller than regular cans

Media Crema (Table Cream) is underrated.
Add this to any Flan recipe you are making and it will kick it up a few notches. Also, use it as a substitute for any recipe calling for Crème Fraîche, and even Marscarpone that will be mixed in a recipe. A very reliable product. Great for salad dressings, breads, pasta sauce, desserts and more. It's great in savory or sweet dishes. Heck, it's even great in your coffee! It's a pure and natural thickener of soups and sauces, and a luscious topping for desserts and fruits. It is also nice served in a bowl with pastry desserts, or even cookies, as a way to add a spoonful of cream topping to them at coffee or tea time. Not popular in American culture (but should be), but a very popular European and South American custom. Make sure you get it a reasonable price, around $2.00. Not like some of the listings that have it at almost $10. or more.

Very Thick consistency
I bought this product thinking that it would be ok to use as a substitute for evaporated milk or heavy cream in baked mac n cheese when I didn’t have either. This should definitely not be used as a substitute in that recipe because it is quite thicker and will not give you the consistency you need. I have not tried it in other recipes but it may work for something else if you’re looking for a thicker creamy type substance. Didn’t have much of a taste that I could detect so would work great as a base for a recipe.
