No this is not labeled as food grade. In an answer to a question on if you can use this to make ice cream NOW responded: "This product is labeled for topical use only. We recommend following our suggested use guidelines/instructions on our product labels to ensure consumer safety. The suggested usage is: for soft, luxurious skin simply massage a few drops of pure organic vegetable glycerin on the desired area as needed." Personally considering this is a single ingredient product I'm not sure what the difference would be? Though the label in the product photos states this could be made from either palm or sunflower oil, which concerns me since I recently learned sunflowers can absorb a lot of heavy metals.

This product is rather viscous. I do not think it would 'spray' well. Diluted, it probably would.

yes, it's pure we add it to baking and it is used for body moisturizing, add it to our matcha. it is delicious.
